Servtech recognizes and works to uphold human rights, workers' rights, and environmental protection. We adhere to the UN Global Compact's Ten Principles for responsible business practices, covering the areas of human rights, labor standards, environment, and anti-corruption. These principles are integrated into our ethical guidelines.
Our suppliers and their subcontractors are expected to acknowledge and operate in accordance with these principles.
Due Diligence Analysis
Each year, we conduct a Due Diligence Analysis to identify, prevent, mitigate, and account for how we manage actual and potential negative impacts related to human rights, employment and partnerships, environmental protection, bribery, and corruption within our own operations, supply chains, and customer relations.
We hire regardless of gender, religion, ethnic background, or sexual orientation. What matters are qualifications and personal suitability. We have effective whistleblowing procedures and ethical standards both internally and externally. We also provide clear guidelines on how our employees should handle their social media presence, particularly in how they may be perceived as private individuals versus representatives of Servtech AS.
Transparency
We maintain full transparency in our efforts to ensure fundamental human rights and decent working conditions. Anyone who wishes to request further information about our work in this area can send us a request, and we will provide information no later than three weeks from the date of inquiry. Inquiries should be sent to the email address: post@servtech.no
Whistleblowing/Complaints
We encourage anyone to report if they believe that Servtech, directly or indirectly, contributes to violations of human rights, decent working conditions, or corruption. Servtech views whistleblowing positively, and whistleblowers will not be penalized or harmed as a result of their report. Reports will be kept anonymous upon request.
Reports will be recorded in Servtech’s deviation system and handled by the HESQ Manager. The HESQ Manager will report the issue to the CEO, who will decide on appropriate actions to address the matter. Whistleblowers will be kept informed about the actions taken and the results of those actions.
